Property Reports:

These reports give you an accurate representation of what, if any, issues exist on the property in question. These include, but are not limited to, code compliances, permit issues, setback problems, groundwater deficiencies, zoning issues, areas within FEMA flood zones, etc. They also include information on whether a current boundary survey is on record for the property or not (Record Map).

Property Development Reports:

These reports are customized for properties where future development is desired. These reports include all information listed in the above “Property Reports” section as well as any information pertinent to the development of the property. These include, but are not limited to, existing septic information, feasibility for expanding existing home/adding a second dwelling unit or guest cottage, ability to adding other new developments within the current area, etc. We cater these reports to fit your development needs.
